Orange Mint Frappe

I love to make specialty drinks as they are much cheaper making them at home... and you don't have to go out to get them, so it is a win-win solution.  This drink would also be perfect for breakfast or anytime that you need a little pick me up.

Orange Mint Frappe

1 1/2 cup shaved ice
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed slightly)
1 tbsp condensed milk (add more if you want the drink sweeter)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 Bigelow Moroccan Mint Tea Bag
1/2 boiling water

Place tea bags in hot water and steep for 2 -3 minutes (to desired taste).
In Blender add shaved ice, frozen orange juice concentrated, condensed milk, evaporated milk and brewed tea.  Mix until well blended.  Pour into glass and enjoy.
