ReplyDeletethese look great. I love adding cranberries to savory dishes to sweeten them up, but never thought of adding to carrots!
ReplyDeleteMarlys, this dish is so beautiful- the colors are perfect for the Thanksgiving table. Honey, carrots, cranberries- simple and lovely. I enjoy carrots anyway, so I know this will be delicious. Thank you! :)
