It is Fill the Cookie Jar time again and my cookie jar has been empty so need to fill it up.  This group was started by Cynthia from Feeding Big through Facebook.  Each month we are given a theme and we can decide if we want to join or not.  It is up to use, you don't have to join every month.  That is one thing I like about this group... But of course I love cookies so of course I am here with another what I think is a great cookie.

Raspberry Green Sun Tea

I know, I know, you are probably thinking to yourself that it is September... Why ohh why would I need a sun tea recipe.  I wanted to write this up because my 8 year old nephew should me how to make sun tea and I love it.  I think he was secretly pleased to show his old auntie something.

Summer is slowly coming to an end, days are starting to get shorter and the leaves are turning colour.  But there is still time to do some outdoor cooking.  I find this time of year is perfect to have a fire when the evenings are a little bit cooler and you are not sweating over your BBQ.

I can't believe that is already Thursday... I am back to work but had a wonderful, wonderful staycation.  Last week I had company so was a busy week but I did get a few days to rest up before I had to go to work...

Taco Filled Shells

I found this recipe on facebook.  Not sure where or who's page that I found it on.  All I did was read the recipe and made it from memory.  So if it is yours please let me know.

I made these last week when  my sisters and nephews came to visit.  It was a great success.  I was given 2 thumbs up for it from one of my nephews and he also said I was the "best cook every".
