Mango Ice Cream

I have been wanting to make my own ice cream for a long time, so when my husband brought home this recipe from his coworker I was in my glory.  We finally made the recipe and it was awesome.... full of flavour. Cardamom compliments the mango wonderful.   The only thing I would different when I make this recipe is leave the pistachios chunkier than grinding them.

Ingredients:
1 can Evaporated Milk (12 oz)
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
1 8-10 oz container Cool Whip
1 28- 30 oz can sweetened Mango Pulp
1/3 cup crushed pistachio (we did ours finely grind)
2 tsp cardamom

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in bowl and freeze.  We put them into 2 5 cups glass containers.

Note:  The Mango puree was found at an Indian Store.
