This week my host favorite goes to Morsels of Life for Taco Stuffed Peppers
I love anything tacos but alas... hubby does not so either I make these and let him suffer
or I drool over the pictures from Morsels of Life, or make them when he is not at home...
And another great thing about these is that you can make them in your slow cooker
