Foodie Friends Friday Linky Party ~ August 31

The end of the month.  Where has the time gone?  I am not sure I got everything accomplished this summer yet but hopefully the weather cooperates for a few more months.  Last week our Linky Party was great, with  149 great recipes and I think I got to everyone's again this week.  I apologize if I didn't comment on at least  one of your links... Once again I had a hard time to pick which recipe I liked the best... there are so many, but as I have only been picking one... This weeks Host Favorite is.......   The Veggie Nook for her quinoa with kale, raisins and chickpeas recipe.  I did make this and it was delicious.  I don't have the post ready but hopefully I will get it done soon and will leave the link on here.  To get to my post for this recipe, go HERE.

    Wow all these recipes look so good! People say my Mexican lasagna looks like a dessert lol. My husband made this recipe up last week. The Mole' has chocolate in it, so it looks like chocolate sauce and the sour cream looks like whip cream. My daughter even said, Mommy why do you and daddy have chocolate on your food? The Mole' has some heat to it so we just gave her the cooked chicken.
