Walnut Grape Salad

This recipe is awesome as it can be used as a salad or you can use it as a dessert.  It is sweet with just the right amount of crunch.  It is easy to make... What can be better? especially during the Christmas season when you are so busy.

Walnut Grape Salad

Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tbsp honey - I used 2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp ginger infused honey from Calmer Sutra
1 tsp vanilla
6 cups seedless grapes
1/2 cup glazed walnuts (I made homemade with California Walnuts)

Directions:
In mixing bowl mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add honey and mix until well incorporated.
Mix in vanilla.
Wash grapes and place in large bowl.
Mix in cream cheese/sour cream mixture, until grapes are covered.
Prior to serving add walnuts.

I made this recipe the day before and put it in the fridge.  Just before serving I add the glazed walnuts (I made homemade - recipe to come).  Even the day after I served it this recipe tasted great, although the walnuts weren't as crunch as the when I served it.  I loved the taste that the ginger honey gave to this recipe.
