Gingerbread Eggnog Mocha Latte

I have to tell you a secret... I don't like the taste of eggnog alone..... BUT...  I do like the taste of it in baking and in my coffee.  And what could be better for you Christmas morning coffee then a Gingerbread Eggnog Mocha Latte.

Gingerbread Eggnog Mocha Latte

As the weather turns colder and the snow starts falling a Gingerbread Eggnog Mocha Latte is perfect after being outside ~ skating, skiing, playing in the snow or even snow shoveling like what I do.

Gingerbread Eggnog Mocha Latte/ This and That eggnog, gingerbread syrup, chocolate, coffee @Torani @Hillsbroscapp

Makes 2 small lattes or 1 large latte
Ingredients:
2/3 cups strong coffee (I use my Keurig and make a small coffee for each cup)
1/8 cup egg nog
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp gingerbread syrup (I use Torani syrup)
1 tbsp  Hills Bros Double Chocolate Cappuccino or Hot Chocolate Mix
Whipped cream (optional)

Directions:
Add eggnog, milk and 1 tbsp gingerbread syrup into Aroma Hot Froth X-press Milk Frother with the cappuccino attachment.  Froth milk.  You can also use your blender for this.

Pour frothed milk into coffee, spoon some of the froth on top.
Add whipped cream to top of drink.

  3. Oh boy does that look good, I printed it for my grocery list...cannot wait to try this on a cold morning. I like eggnog alone but I don't seem to crave it like everyone else....So this is right up my alley to get rid of the rest of it after I have my one token cup! lol

    1. I hope you enjoy it... It is perfect for a little flavour but not too much eggnog.

    1. I only like eggnog this way as I find that it is too thick for my liking.

  7. We raise chickens and my husband has started making real eggnog. This recipe would add a bit more flair and yum-factor.
