Now I have coriande...I enjoy fresh herbs very much. Now I have coriander and rosemary going and I'm lucky that I have a tiny piece of garden, where I can grow some more. The chives is coming back each year without asking and so does the oregano. The thyme tries to take over the garden. <br />Good luck and enjoy your herbs and the growing of them. Herbs are one of my favorites things to...Good luck! Herbs are one of my favorites things to grow. I really enjoy pruning them each week to keep making them bushier :D Whenever I prune more than I can use, I just dry them. Before I know it, I have enough dried herbs to use all winter. Some of the herbs outside will come back. I've had the same pot of chives for over 10 years now. They just take care of themselves.
